Requesting New Accounts for SRCs and NRCs

To request the creation of a new account, please use THIS FORM.

Creation of new accounts is handled by our Personnel Officer. To get your account approved and created you MUST:

• Obtain written permission from your primary character (PRC) CO.
  
• Obtain written permission from the CO where the new registered character will be used.
  
• Submit the form.
  
• The site Personnel Officer will then verify the information on the sheet, including checking with both CO's, and then create the account.
  

This may take a few days, especially if a CO is slow to respond.
