There was comfort in that, and Keti knew he needed be part of the process. Every healthy relationship required a bit of give and take, and that included him.
He grinned satisfied in where his darts had landed then turned over the spot to Keti.
"Last round!" He announced as he walked over and stood next to Amila, Aja and Keir.
While standing, he noticed that the Captain was there too, catching up on some reading it seems.
"Captain Fields is here. Should we ask her to join us?" He looked at his colleagues as he asked.
The answer came swiftly as Keti watched the ladies leave to invite her to the gathering, Keti did hope she would and had a screwdriver drink sent over to sweeten the pot. The Screwdriver was the first drink Keti enjoyed, even though at first he had no idea it was alcoholic in nature. It was in his studies that it was customary to send a drink to gain some attention, or a token of friendship. It would be great to have a bigger group, and hopefully afford the opportunity for all to get to know each other more. Once they know each other personally, it will be easier to understand each other professionally.
