I feel foolish for reminding you” Said Jez hope she was helping the Commander save face. “ However, The Federation Medical Assist Program does allow The Federation to supply Non-Federation worlds with medical supplies such as, such as Monitors and scanners, Surgical Instruments, Tissue regeneration, Tissue applications, Cardiovascular applications, Neurological applications, Respiratory applications, Nanotechnology, Organ replacements, Facilities and Medical texts and many of those devices would require a POWER SUPPLY. Of course that’s IF, the people of those worlds requested it and IF they did request it and The Federation refused how would the Federation look to the Galactic Community at large if the Federation ignored such requests?” Said Jez, her tone neutral, but direct.
