Amila let out a breath and relaxed a bit when the Captain didn't seem bothered by being referred to in the familiar. She even smiled again as Fields picked up the darts and began to throw. The Captain was actually pretty good. Amila was a little concerned about her own skills, especially after watching Keti and Ameen, and now this set of rules she'd never heard of before.
"Next team?" Fields offered after throwing the last dart.
Amila put her hands up sheepishly. "Maybe I should go last? I don't want us to get off to a bad start. I think I can count on one hand how many times I've played, and never this set of rules. I'm afraid I might be the weakest link," she admitted laughing at herself good naturedly. "Keir, you got us into this. Why don't you start."
As Amila was passing the buck, she was happy to see the drinks and food that had been ordered being delivered. The server set down the chips and salsa that she had ordered as well as the hummus and artichoke dip that Keti had requested, pita chips, and a stack of small plates. Another server followed closely behind with Amila's seltzer, which she graciously accepted before reaching her hand into the basket and grabbing a chip. She wasn't feeling tipsy yet, but the drink in her hand could at least function as an excuse should she be so bold as Keir and try out using first names on a certain other officer later.
She kept her thoughts to herself, instead handing out the empty plates to the others. "Snacks are here!" She said proudly.
