==Outside of Amila's quarters==
"How does 1800 hours sound? I'll be right here knocking on this door... or just using the chime..." Morad said with a grin.
She giggled softly and nodded. "Good. It sounds good." She was smiling still as she looked at him for a second, again wanting to take in the moment, before she worried that she might seem like she was staring.
"Goodnight then. See you tomorrow." She turned half toward her door, still watching him as she activated the motion sensor triggering to open. She raised her hand slightly in a brief wave before the doors shut behind her.
The common room was empty, her roommate either still out, or likely long in bed already. Amila turned left to go into her own bedroom feeling too wired to sleep. She was in complete disbelief, replaying the walk home in her head. Then going back and replaying earlier in the evening trying to see if she could pick up on any clues. She thought about writing to her friend on another ship, but hesitated. No, she was too superstitious and didn't want to jinx anything before it started. She'd keep this to herself until she knew if it would turn into anything.
Though she was certain that she wouldn't fall asleep any time soon, sleep did eventually catch up with her - somewhere between wondering what to wear and trying to remind herself that it was just a date.
