There was certainly some interesting things going on around her. She didn't quite know what to make of it, though the Ra'an-Ameen thing had been smouldering away for a while. She trusted both enough to be professional.
It was also never much fun being the sober one around people who had evidently had a few to drink. The game hadn't lasted long. She was probably right in thinking the arrival of the Captain would put a dampener on festivities.
