It was always fascinating to Aeryn to watch how things unfolded from a different viewpoint, not to mention how it felt to be there on the Bridge, which never failed to give the CSO a sense of accomplishment. While she could easily delegate from the Science Complex and had done this mission so far, she couldn't quite describe the emotions she was currently experiencing. Emotions that she was able to keep in check as she watched the sensors while Hallowette and the shuttle teams directed the Artemis and the Q'oh back to the ship's original starting point. Lucy was the first to speak, confirming out loud what the CSO had seen.
The fact that there were no other ships present was reassuring, as they already had their hands full with the Klingon freighter. However, if something untoward did show up, Aeryn did not doubt that the crew would be able to deal with it efficiently. " Acknowledged, sensors confirm that also, and that we've re-established a clear and full link with the already established sensor buoys".
For now, it appeared that the excitement was over for those present on the bridge, something that Aeryn welcomed, albeit briefly, because deep down, she never stopped enjoying the action and the adrenaline that came with it.
" Let's keep monitoring, I don't think it will hurt, as we need as much data as possible from the nebula".
Of course, that might change depending on orders and whether they would deploy the rest of the probes or not. Until told otherwise, Aeryn resumed her work.
