Until something changed, Aeryn was confident that Lucy would continue to follow what orders that she could give her. As for herself, that also meant doing the same as her subordinate. While the move back to a more beneficial position had gone smoothly, Aeryn had a feeling that the crew had only just scratched the surface of whatever they had stumbled upon, and she wanted to be a part of unravelling all the threads connecting the Q'oh and her purpose for hiding in a nebula. She might have been focused, but it didn't stop the CSO from hearing Hallowette update their FO, noting the sense of accomplishment in her friend's voice before she thanked Science for their assistance.

The redhead could only hazard a guess as to where he had gone; however, at the same time, it made sense if he was needed elsewhere. Their numbers might have decreased by one, but that was the nature of how things could change. Factoring in that small distraction, Aeryn then resumed her watch, her mind ticking over with thoughts and ideas as it usually did in these situations.
