Odds are, if you want me to deploy anything, it would have to be hardware. The only thing they could reverse engineer from a chassis like Cindy, would be better prosthesis, but they would still have incomplete technology, as they can't duplicate the software needed and can't get it unless I give it to them. Sadly, we would give them that technology if they worked with the Federation, as this is the sort of place I designed it for. Either way, I thought the consensus was against my deploying such assets for this mission." He looked at the FO, "Am I right on that?"
