Gath had reported to the Bridge a little early, but that was standard for him. Everything had gone smoothly and he was in a fairly good mood. He had enjoyed a new hot beverage to start his day and he could still taste it. Once he took over, he went through his normal routine, then began the process of going through reports and sensor logs, as was his curse. Much of the job involved reviewing boring information, but he accepted it.
When they arrived, Gath found it a welcome change from staring at those reports. The manner in which the conversation with the people on the planet ended, concerned Gath a bit. Hearing they had received the dossier, he brought it up on his monitor. He was a bit disappointed that it didn't seem especially helpful.
