Emery looked at the both of them with concern. In his mind he thought that they were tempting fate by preparing these tanks and options for if the symbiont needed to be transplanted. As a surgeon, Emery would love to be involved in the transplant. As a Starfleet Officer, he was a bit mortified that they would even be thinking the worse could happen.

"I can assist with the set up of the tanks. I'll also brush up on the transplant procedures in case." Emery stated matter of factly.
