The computer’s analysis revealed that the weapon was quite sophisticated, unlikely to be possessed by civilians. The plasma bolt could be ionized, likely as a means of interfering with the target’s cybernetic implants. Bishop was not able to uncover any forensic data from the weapon. It seemed that the shooter was either a professional killer or a trained military officer.
