It took a few seconds for Aeryn to process what the data was telling her, putting the pieces together and how it fit in with everything they knew. If anything, it just made sense that this was a cloning facility, an explanation as to where all the clones had come from. While there was a mix of power sources, including what appeared to be original equipment, Aeryn found it interesting that the scattered pieces were more in common with the Klingons than the Dominion. Could it be that the Klingons, or at least some faction, had taken ownership of the facility, hidden from the rest of the Federation, to create an army? Or whatever nefarious reason for creating so many clones?
From this distance, it would be difficult to know for certain, but she had information to share, and so the CSO turned to face the Captain, just as Robin reported in with the information Tyra had requested from Sickbay. Listening to the CMO, Aeryn could visualise this information slotting into what she had found, and if Sickbay needed someone from Science to coordinate with them, to try and determine if there was anything else, then the CSO had options of who to send. Hally then responded to the Captain's orders, followed by Chief Omdor answering the question that the Captain had asked him. Meaning that it wasn't impossible, it just came with a couple of caveats as to how it would work, as Aeryn gave her additional report.
" Captain, it's difficult to tell from this distance, but the arrangement of the power sources suggests that it's some kind of medical facility, with some other sources mixed in. The regular ones point to the facility's original equipment, but others have more in common with Klingon technology than Dominion".
Aeryn paused for a second. " With all the evidence we have, this has to be a cloning facility, even if we don't know why this rogue house is going to all this trouble yet, although I have my ideas".
She would happily admit it if she was wrong, and that she was probably stating the obvious, but her gut was telling her that they had stumbled upon something, something that could have a devastating effect on the quadrant and more unless they put a stop to it.
