== For Khasim ==
Samira could think of a few ways to remove impurities from dilithium. Certain resonant frequencies could disrupt the crystal’s structure. Alternatively, another substance could be introduced during processing that would bond to the rianite and render it inert.
The best way to determine a course of action would be for Samira to get her hands on some rianite-rich dilithium. Of course, that would mean either beaming down to the planet or bringing a highly hazardous material onto the ship, which would require strict protocols for handling.
== For all ==
Luraim’s mechanical eyes seemed to spin as the captain offered to beam them aboard.
“I’ve never left Riani before. Transports are monitored pretty strictly, especially off-planet ones. Come to think of it, though, I could run a diagnostic on my transporter and inject your ship’s coordinates into the run cycle. That probably wouldn’t be traceable unless you were specifically looking for it…” the scientist trailed off, poking some calculations into a handheld padd on their desk. They went quiet for a moment before nodding to themself, seemingly satisfied with the results.
“I’ll aim for your transporter room, captain. Try not to move the ship too much before I get there. Should I bring anything with me?”
