==Ens. Oliver "Ollie" Pearson==
Pearson grinned as Mara strode in, purpose back on the menu. Whatever happened on the bridge, it made the Chief happy, and as his mum used to say, "Happy Chief happy..."
Wait, no, that wasn't how it went...
The big Australian lug nodded at the CSO and admired how the woman owned the room with her presence. He might have been interested had he not already been broken in half by her while training, so he fairly certain anything more "fun" than that might kill him.
Could be worth it though. He thought to himself with a laugh, but calmer, more enticing waters named Adara Svennson put those thoughts out of his mind.
Besides, seemed like it was time to rock the roll.
“Cool. You’re all here. Saves me findin’ you later,” Mara said. “We’re on the way down to that base now. Catch me up. What have you figured out so far?” she asked. “You’ve been studyin’ this place so I want you all with me. Ardanna and Ollie, I know you just got back from the last trip, so you can sit out if you want, no foul.”
Ollie swept an errant blonde surfer boy lock out of his eyes and shook his head in the negative, “Naaaaaah. No can do, Boss. This feels like the big finale, and I’ve already sat through the whole bloody flick—be a real mug to bail before I see how it wraps, eh?” He nodded confidently, "Reckon, that makes me your bruce, Chief, no worries."
He wrapped his arms around his torso and leaned back on a console, his eyes eager for the briefing that was sure to come.
