With the briefing over and only one question asked regarding the CMO's body armour, there was little for Ardanna to do unless someone needed assistance with their suit. Nat and the Chief were quick to assist Commander Mayfair, while everyone else appeared to be doing okay, at least from what the brunette could tell. Although with the rest of the team getting ready, she stopped for a moment to speak to Ollie, because she might not have the opportunity once the mission got underway.
" I want you back in one piece this time, understand, Mister?" she quipped, " But seriously, take care down there, and you owe me a drink once this is over".
He didn't, but this was the only time she was going to use her usual brand of cheeky humour, and it was better to get it out now, before things got serious. Leaving it there, Ardanna then headed to the shuttle, finding a seat just behind Chief Miller. This might be her second away team in such a short time, but that didn't mean that she wasn't ready as she listened to Mara speak to the Bridge, while securing herself properly.
