From the shuttlebay came the husky voice of the shuttle's pilot, “Acknowledged, bridge. Shuttlecraft Aura departing the bay. See you after.”
Some time after, the comms silent from the inserting shuttle, the tactical station received a coded, succinct tight burst transmission from the surface. It simply read:
[AURA INTACT. APPROACH UNSEEN. WITHIN OPERATION AREA. TEAMS DISEMBARKING. PHASE TWO IS GO.]
