Ardanna tried not to shake her head at Ollie's perfect timing for such a comment. Then again, it shouldn't have surprised the brunette that the man who hadn't quite admitted his feelings couldn't resist a little flirting before they engaged a group of blood thirsty Klingons. Now she had to hope that this fight would be quick and clean, so they could accomplish their mission and return to the ship, allowing her and Ollie to talk properly. At least it gave her something to hold onto as the Klingons finally made themselves known and started their attack, even if she couldn't respond to him.
The ensign carefully watched as the enemy split into five groups, using cover tactics while focusing on the building itself, even if they were using inaccurate fire to try and draw the fleeters out. Whatever plan or tricks they were putting into practice, it didn't seem that clever until those with the rifles showed their true colours, and Ardanna made a point to keep her head down between shots, because even at this range, such weapons could do a lot of damage. Then the Chief changed the plan, and rightly so, given what the Klingons were doing, and that meant moving away from her current position to assist their pilot in protecting the rear entrance. " Acknowledged," she said into the comm, before Calleja and five of her colleagues used the very same entrance to carry out their plan.
With Miller calling the shots from the front and focusing on suppression fire, Ardanna moved quickly so she was beside Maxas-Darl, weapon aimed, ready should the Klingons manage to get past the others. " Stick with me, and be ready to alert the rest of the team if we need to," she assured the redhead.
