It wasn't often that people got to see that aspect of her friend's personality, but it was always there, and she liked that show of vulnerability, of being aware of others' feelings. Of course, there was still that grin of his, a hint of subtle flirting without saying out loud, before their pilot informed her that there was no sign of movement.
