Whether they stuck together or not, it was becoming obvious that the search for weapons was going to be a relatively short one. Between Ardanna and Howland, they covered every aspect of the holding pen, exchanging silent looks and whispered conversations, until both security officers were satisfied that the area was safe for Team One. The brunette would admit that the accommodation provided for the clones, in her opinion, was bleak, especially with the lack of computers or food utensils. Worse still, there wasn't any other equipment or even sufficient lighting. If anything, it made the Ensign feel more sorry for the clones, who had clearly been left to die, given the lack of provisions or appropriate medical care.
Sickened to her stomach with how they had been treated, Ardanna had to try and maintain her objectivity as she prepared to give her report to the Chief. Not an easy task, however, there was a moment where she had to stop and pause, particularly upon seeing the two clones who had engaged in conversation with Calleja. There was no escaping who they were, as memories of her Academy classes came to the forefront of her mind, until her surprised brain reengaged and brought itself back to reality.
It was at this point that the CMO requested Calleja for a private word away from the clones, and so Ardanna held back until it looked as though the CMO had finished speaking, and activated her comm.
" Chief, there are no weapons present, not even any utensils for food. We can also confirm that there are no computers or other kinds of equipment".
As she spoke, she couldn't help but feel the shiver down her spine, before quickly pulling her emotions back where they belonged.
