"We are all assigned to this delicate and possibly dangerous Away team mission. So gather your gear and meet in 15 minutes in the main Shuttle bay. I will expect Midshipman Brennan to be there as soon as you can to ready the shuttle. The rest of us along with our pilot should be in in full EVA gear ready to enter a possibly dangerous environment on the alien ship. "
Pausing for effect s/he added, "Let's hustle."
