Daniel looked around the office and couldn't help but think of all the conversations he had with his Captain before about patients and there recovery and weather they could use it to an advantage or disadvantage.
"No specifics Doctor I'm really seeing if he will be well enough to be sent back to the planet to answer to his crimes there, rather than taking him back to Starfleet." said Brooks his brow farrowed slightly,
"If he is well enough that is, I rather check with the doctor first before taking on the patient."
