Feeling refreshed and reenergised following a short vacation, Amelina was back where she belonged, not only assigning holodecks to those about to take their final examinations, but also seeing them through them whenever it was her turn to do so. Sometimes it still felt as though she was on the other side of the desk, awaiting her fate and what the next chapter would bring, although in truth that now felt like a distant memory, knowing that her path was to always lead her to this moment, to pass on her knowledge and experience, and she enjoyed every second.
Looking up as Cadet Richards approached and reported in, the brunette senior instructor and acting commandant offered him a warm smile, before checking where he needed to be.
