Many apologies for my absence last month. I've been dealing with some very minor illnesses of my own (just you know flu and cold season and I am otherwise quite healthy) - but that has kept me from seeing family with some pretty serious health issues. We've had some family issues - losing a close member and seeing another one on hospice, and work never slows. Let's just say my mind has been wandering a bit and I forgot about writing for a bit.
However, the XO reached out, and I remembered how much I adore writing with you all and this crew. It felt good to post today, so I'm going to try to make it happen again this month. You guys are great, and this forum is actually pretty nice for when all you can do is the shorter posts and just keep swimming.
