I am Paul, Admin and Creative Director here at Federation Space. Your bio was forwarded to me because of its attention to detail that is both creative and respectful of Trek lore. It's one of the finest bios I have ever seen from a first attempt! Congratulations!
The only concern I have, is that acclimating to a 400 year time gap and attending the Academy in the same 5 year timescale feels...problematic. My recommendation here would be to move his "defrosting" forward a few years, spend some time in a Department of Temporal Investigations rehab facility (referenced in novels) to get acquainted with 24th/25th century life, and then apply to the Academy.
Aside from that, it's really an excellent bio!
