Charlotte had been on standby since Zephyr's discovery -- attempting to read up on stasis units such as these before the doctor attempted to bring them aboard. When the team were beamed directly into Sickbay she sprang into action, dispatching nurses to a quick check on the away team to make sure that everyone was medically clear to continue working, even as most of them when straight to work anyway.
The new science midshipman went down for the count and Dr. O'Fee followed him. After running a quick scan on her boss, Charlotte ran over to where the Chief Science Officer was already scanning the stasis pods and did a quick scan on her as she listened to her and the others work.
