"Carley, I'm not avoiding people, but not everyone is equally enthusiastic to share my company." Carley had a blank look for a second, she wasn't sure where Cindy was going with it. Wrapping her arm around Cindy, Carley smiled.
"Not everyone is thrilled to see me either, I don't let it bother me." She had a bit of a caviler attitude. "In here there are important things to remember, people came here to unwind and decompress. Drink don't drink there is a little something here for everyone, thirty four flavor's of ice cream and sometimes even sprinkles."
Cindy and Carley made their way to Khasim. "The brightest minds in human history had a sense of humor, even Neil deGrasse Tyson coined the phrase deGrasse kicking. Sounds a lot like... never mind you can figure it out." When they got close to Khasim Carley placed her newly emptied glass on the counter.
"Hello Lieutenant." She greeted her with a friendly smile. "As we all know Cindy has a great mind for a lot of things, letting her hair down isn't one of them. Taylor here is without." Her voice trailed off for a second. "There he is, I am sure he would figure out to be here soon." Carley ordered five China whites, it was a shot that almost everyone could drink without a giant burning sensation.
"Cindy your first job here is to bless this party with an opening toast, remember its to promote a good time not a coma." Carley looked at the door not sure when Cologero was going to join them, until he gets there she was going to have a good time.
