Alex commented to Reddington, "Ah, yes. I see your concern there. I'm not aware of anything specific. We pretty much avoided eating or drinking anything, but you're right to be concerned. I'll certainly let you know if I notice anything that fits into that line of thinking."
Then he was informed by a waiter that he was needed at the entrance, "Please excuse me, it appears that duty calls."
Alex gave a wordless glance to Cindy who simply gave the slightest hint of a nod, something unspoken being exchanged between them as he made his way to the entrance. To his pleasant surprise, it was Beno.
His face brightened a bit and he gave her an appreciative look, "Well, you certainly look ravishing this evening. I thought I had seen a new side of you on the mission, but this is an entirely different version of being out of uniform."
He gave his jacket a tug and offered his arm, "It would be my honor, my lady."
