Julia heard the music for a a dance to start and when she got up from in her chair with Surik by her side. Troy had Dot jump into her chair and Spike jump into Surik's chair before they slowly walked over to the dance floor and by the time they got there she had seen the FO and the CSF kiss. She was shouting way to go in her mind that way others won't hear her shouting.
Troy seen who was playing the music for people to dance to and she went over to request a slow song from her home planet of Betazed for her and Surik to dance to. Julia and Surik started to hold hands to dance to the song that she had requested from them. She had always looked beautiful in the one of a kind dresses that she had made with a matching suit, and she was surprised that not a lot of people seen her in her beautiful gold dress with a black and silver trim and Surik in a silver suit with a black and gold trim.
For some reason she wants to be around people and talk to them without being in the office.
