Peace Prevails

When Beno responded to Alex by saying there was something they should talk about, but not openly, Alex nodded, "Certainly." He took her hand in his and did a simple calming focus that he hoped would assist in clearing her head from the confusing moment he had created for her. He was about to say something else, but their intense visitor approached and spoke to them both. His directness and tone cause Alex to instantly shift gears mentally.

“Commanders, may I have a word with you in private, it is of the utmost importance.”

Alex glanced to Beno and then, becoming all business replied to him, "How can we help you?"
