“Sure. Why not. A bit more time to clear my head probably ain't a bad thing,” she answered. “You mind doin’ the honours? I just had to admit to smashin’ up the bathroom.” Broad shoulders rose and fell asleep she sighed. “Well. I broke a couple tiles in the shower. I'm probably not their favourite person right now.”
The Security Chief had an expression on her face that wouldn't have been out of place on a guilty schoolgirl. It didn't sit quite right on someone with Calleja’s reputation for ferocity.
“I'm a cheap round. Just a lemonade or somethin’ please. Best stay off the caffeine for a while,” she said, sitting down opposite Aeryn.
