Reyna was still in her own nightshirt, but giggled and gave a huge smile and two thumbs up, "I love it! I also love that it helps show off your gorgeous spots. Hey! Body art...you can give me some spots. They won't be as nice as yours, but I can pretend."
Her face suddenly turned to an expression of deep thought, "If you and dad have a baby, do you think it will have spots? I hope it will be a girl, because boys are SO annoying. Either way, I'll get to be a big sister though, so that will be amazing. I find it strange that so many animals are born able to walk and stuff right away, but people are practically in a larval stage when they're born and have to squirm and then crawl before being able to walk. Whoever thought that up did NOT think it through far enough. I found it very frustrating before I learned to walk. I really hated not being able to get around for a while. I'm so glad that crazy time is long behind me now. Now I just have to contend with short people issues until I get taller."
Alex just sipped at his coffee and watched them both. He had a huge grin on his face and couldn't recall the last time he ever felt so content as he watched the two of them together.
