Andrea lost her smile and Jez felt as if the temperature shifted in the room. She stared at Jez for almost a full minute before saying with clinical clarity, "You're right, Jez. In fact, I'll be honest with you. I do know people who could do what you're asking, but only because they operate outside the Federation's jurisdiction. The Denobulans won't do what you're asking, not unless you find someone who will do it off the books. The only time I've witnessed such a thing done was by accident to the wrong person and it was done by a criminal then too. It's not wrong to want what you want, but it's wrong to do what you want to do."
She then turned and took Mike's arm, walking out the door without another word.
