A’kilees was still attempting to look through any of the retrieved information regarding the “genetic seed” that the Apex Prime had previously referenced. He hadn’t gotten very far into his search when he overheard the commander that he would continue to assist Lieutenant Ra’an while they headed up to Sickbay by means of transporter. He watched as Ameen, Evie and the large alien were surrounded by the light of the transporter beam and dematerialized out. Amila made her way over towards the holodeck exit where he stood next to the wall console.
"Midshipman Cortez, you're with me, Let's get to the labs, so we can get everything sent down," she stated. "A'kilees, from Sickbay, you'll let us know that everything is coming through okay," the lieutenant added before gesturing to Cortez to hurry along with her back to the labs.
“Understood. I’ll keep looking through for any references. I’ll message you when I get there.” he replied as Amila and Sebastian made their way quickly around the corner and back to the labs. The saurian quietly transferred whatever information he had gathered and managed to sift through at the console into his PADD, grabbed the rest of his engineering things and made his way out of the holodecks and headed towards the turbolift.
There must be something here. A’kilees thought as he poured over his PADD as the doors to the turbolift opened and he stepped inside.
“Sickbay”

The computer chimed in acknowledgement followed by the soft humming of the turbolift ascending to the upper decks. A’kilees leaned a shoulder on the wall to relax a brief moment while he kept scrolling through the mass of alien information. He was hoping to find an answer to give to Commander Ameen and the Apex Prime when he arrived or at the very least when he had access to another console.
