Raven had gotten the word and had easily handled the task of downloading all of the raw data to a secure database. She then created a second database of the information that was translated through the software they had developed. To be more precise, she integrated the translation software into the database as an optional subroutine. This preserved the original format while allowing an integral translation option to interface easier with their own systems, should they wish to do so.
The physical construction of the module wasn't that difficult. It had been scanned on a quantum level and she had saved the file for study. She simply ran it through a replication process with triple oversampling and using the original scan to detect even the smallest flaws. Most of it only required resolution to the molecular level, but when the computer detected any slight quantum anomaly, she took care to have it duplicated as well, just to be sure. The device held a surprisingly dense amount of memory, but their own technology was adapted very well for the storage of massive amounts of data. While she was at it, she installed a rough template of an EMH holomatrix that was configured to science and set it to the analysis of the data to create a synthetic expert on the information within the database and named it Arrow. Naturally, that inclusion was only for the copy saved for Star Fleet use. The counterfeit artifact would be an exact copy. The only difference would be a tiny quantum binary tag hidden that would only be detectable with a specific scan at that resolution.
Raven wasn't sure what Arrow would come up with in the end, but it could run a continuous analysis at full speed until they called upon it. Until then, it was going to become the resident expert on the information and the context of it within the entire database. It would then be able to assist the Science Department in breaking down that information into bite size pieces and teaching them what they needed to know. The program wasn't perfect, but it was designed to be able to handle extremely large databases and run scientific and medical analysis with interpretive algorithms. It wasn't perfect, but it was certainly steps in the right direction without going so far as to involve a sentient program.
