Coming into the Sky Bar Carley made her way to where people were currently standing, she was delighted to see people there but things have not gotten started yet. "You are correct Thorn." Carley said as she was close enough.
"This is a team building exercise that is meant to give people a chance to lead an away team, Lieutenant Coppola is one of the team leaders, while Lieutenant Mala is the other leader if she chooses to join us." This was a great opportunity to find out what kind of leader they were, also what they needed to work on while they still had time.
"The only other thing I know is both Velaul and Talion are both missing, the teams are going to need everything that we have here. If Mala chooses not to come the system would select a junior Officer to lead the other team, or there would be only one team. If this were to happen Cologero is the leader of it." As Senior Officers they were there to give guidance while on this team building exercise, hopefully this would go a long way in developing a new crop of leaders.
