The answer didn't take too long to come, she had a couple. "There have been attempts to find ruins on local mountain sides, all have been unsuccessful. The closest thing to success any team has ever achieved was the discovery of artifacts, it is unknown what their function was if it had any at all." Collecting the data that was available from the shuttles, the communication logs were soon made available. "Using morse code as a reference it was a distress call, one more recorded was a single word; Eagle." The tracks were soon displayed for everyone to see. "Source of the tracks are unknown, design unknown that vanish six meters into the cave." There was a brief pause before there was a display much like the main viewer of the Bridge, there was a tall Vulcan standing in the middle of the screen with his Bridge in plain sight. "I see Star Fleet has more boots on the ground."
There was another pause. "We currently have two Away Teams on the ground that we lost contact with." A display of an energy wave was showing a big spike and drop. "We have monitored these two energy spikes shortly before we lost the life signals. It is unclear where the energy came from, nor is it clear why it started and suddenly stop." The energy waves changed to what can be described as a language. "Current translations state the major trading hub was built on the side of a mountain, multiple trading routes all lead to this mountain. My First Officer believes whomever translated this had it all wrong, she said the gateway to the greatest civilization ever constructed lays inside the mountain." The Captain nodded in a different direction. "The information requested has been downloaded into shuttle systems, there was one thing that we still can not explain." The numbers 6:14-22 appeared on the screen. "We still have no idea what these mean, they were found inside the shuttle of I presume is your missing crew." The screen went blank as the Captain closed the channel.
The live stream from the shuttle started to pick up motions, from what they could tell someone was walking out of the cave. The image wasn't to clear about how tall they were, or even what they were. If they wanted to communicate with this person, they were going to have to go there.

"There was something that she would say before going on an away mission, something she read in a book." She attempted to remember what it was. "Something about Noah building an Arch." She shrugged her shoulders.
