"Nothing in the area that will be useful for cover," she continued. "Once we're there they will know it. But they don't have the most sophisticated equipment. They've historically replied heavily on their brute force and their unwavering ruthlessness to defeat their enemies," she stated with some cold calculation.
"I hear what Lieutenant Gath is saying about not topping them off right now. Without cover to work with, we aren't getting a probe out ahead of us anyway. But Science may still be able to use our stealth probes to assist Tactical - something to use once we're there to make it seem like there are more of us," Amila looked at Gath. "If we had access to the right type of signals maybe even look like something that isn't Federation."
"Whatever you need, and we can coordinate with the other ships that are responding as well," she offered.
