Amila stopped what she was doing and turned around to listen to Krandell's advice to Commander Ameen. She tried to imagine what she was suggesting in her head.
"So, Lieutenant... you don't think we should try to drift in at all, but change our course so that we drop out of warp right in the middle of them?" She asked, clarifying.
The thought made her queasy, but Cardassians firing at them was no different than a quantum rift trying to swallow them whole was it? The difference was that she knew better what to do about quantum rifts than angry armadas.
"If we're doing hit and run tactics like that, then maybe we use probes to ghost our own signal. We could try to control where we send them," she offered. "Buy you some more moves."
