"There's signs that they've exchanged weapons fire," Ra'an piped in urgently. "We need to drop our communications buoy now so that we can make our next jump."
"Keti, deploy the buoy on the Captain's mark," she ordered jumping up from her seat so that she could monitor her station, but also go back and forth between Keti's and Cortez's.
"Then we get to let our hot shot pilot start jumping us in there so we can help them out," she added. "That's still the plan right?"
