Charlotte was ready after a second walk through a sanitation station for good measure, this time a surgical gown and gloves were applied before she entered into the operating theater with Dr. O'Fee. Out of trained habit, Charlotte looked up at the vitals displayed on the wall panel to gauge how stable the patient was. It was something she always took quick note of when the information was available.
Her blood pressure was low and blood oxygen level still dropping as Evie had indicated. The internal bleeding was a problem.
"Should I get two units of plasma prepared," Charlotte asked, already reaching for the hypospray. She and Evie worked like a well-oiled machine, Charlotte often reading her needs before they were spoken out loud.
Twenty-fifth century medicine now allowed for the quick delivery of plasma by simple hypospray, the blood proteins and nutrients and water quickly replicating into a patients bloodstream for a non-invasive delivery that could quickly replenish lost blood supply. They would need to stop the bleeding, but this would help stabilize her and make the rest of the procedures easier to perform.

Relieved to see Charlotte back and taking over as OR Nurse, Erin went out to handle triage. Right now, it was a lot of keeping people comfortable. To his credit, the security officer had been some help handling heavy bleeders while she administered pain relief to a lot of the burn patients. She found a moment to approach him.
"Okay, here's the next order of business," she whispered softly. "We need to be prepared that we could have to evacuate, and a lot of these patients are not ambulatory and would have a hard time making it to an escape pod if the order were given. The ones who need to see a doctor as soon as possible have been triaged. Now, I'm going to start treating people with leg injuries, burn patients, that can be treated quickly to make them better able to move. Some of them might even go back to their station."
"I want you to shadow me. I'm going to teach you how to use to a derma-muscular regenerator, and I'll show you which patients you can treat without screwing it up. Don't worry, once I get you started, it is really just patience, and watching the readings, there will always be someone nearby."
