There is nothing in the database about Nalim. What little the automated probes found out in this area didn't even show an inhabited world, so either they missed it or it was colonized sometime in the past century since that last probe. As Artemis approaches, scans of the lifesigns below show no known matches to anything in the Federation database, though they also aren't wildly deviant either.
As far as you can tell, the colony is fairly primitive, but still definitely within a modern tech-base. There aren't any signs of a ship or large-scale industry, but there are several small-scale fusion reactors and subspace communication equipment.
