The second one appears to have been of almost the same yield and was not part of a secondary. This means that it was either a delayed reaction to damage from the first one, in which case there should be no more, or it will repeat by design. Given the training I had with dealing with ordinance disposal, I'm betting there is a malfunctioning device that is charging up over time and then either discharges or fails and causes whatever it happening. It may be generating some kind of anti-matter charge that escapes containment or some other type of energy field that is inverting. We can speculate all day long, but if we want to know more, I think it is best if I just go and take a look. I will suggest as few people as possible, but at least a buddy system needs to be in place. I'll suit up, but if that thing goes off, nothing we carry is going to help really. If you're up to taking things back over here...are you sure you're going to be alright?"
