AQ/D01 - Bridge

Captain Brooks had known Doctor Langston for years and it was good to serve with him so long.

"Brooks to Langston, yes there will be shortly as we have a very small timescale to work with. Brooks out." he closed the channel then looked at Commander Talion,

He knew this could be very risky indeed,

"Commander, I will give the away team them ten minutes to get to the weapon and make an assessment, if that think even looks remotely like it going to make another explosion I want them out of there regardless of how far they have got."

Brooks then tapped his commbadge,

"Brooks to Kurasa, you have ten minutes and no longer, if that weapon looks like it will explode again we will beam you out, no arguments. Brooks out."

Closing the channel, Dan couldn't help thinking he needed to go down to Sickbay and talk to Gul Nassett.

"Commander Talion, I'm going down to sickbay, you have the Bridge." he said to the Chief Science Officer.

Captain Brooks headed over to the aft turbolift and said, "Keep me informed of any developments."

He stepped into the turbolift and said "Deck twelve." the turbolift whirred into life.
