Captain Brooks voice came over the comms, [Transporter room one, lock on and beam the away team back.]
Fairgraves saw that the lock had disappeared as the device had increased in power, he could only have a lock on a couple of the away team but even that was weak then disappeared completely.
"Bridge, this is the transporter room, we lost our lock on the away team. We are trying to reconnect."
Fairgraves started to reroute power to try and boost the signal.
