== This was supposed to be a Thorn post, but my brain malfunctioned... ==
Thorn had done what she could, but had no idea if it would help or not. There was a scraping and a nails on chalkboard sound of metal on metal as Kurasa pulled her out, but the sound was mostly drown out by all of the increasing noise around them. The small drone exited the tight space after Thorn and the tiny flashing lights on it indicated it was agitated by the intensity of the activity.
Thorn consulted the overlay on her visor and plotted the best possible exit she could sort out from her scans. "Cindy, my scans indicate some kind of hatch, back the way we came in. I can't tell if it is a cargo hatch or what it is, but that's going to be our best bet. The armor plating on the rest of the hull is going to be too thick."
Cindy replied, "I see it." She then began making a dash for the exit. "We might be able to overload a couple of phasers to blow it open."
Thorn was right behind her, her voice sounding uncharacteristically like a Drill Sergeant for a moment, "Let's move people. We're leaving!"
As they moved through the room they beamed into and then into the next, they found what they were looking for. Thorn simply grabbed a small device from a pouch and threw it at the hatch where it detonated with a mild thud, instantly covering the hatch in a shiny substance for about two meters in all directions from the point of impact.
Thorn stated flatly to Kurasa, "Sticky bomb." It was the unofficial nickname for a device used sometimes in Damage Control in making temporary repairs. It was an adhesive that gave a short work time before it hardened.
Thorn and Cindy both pulled out their phasers and began to set them to overload, to then place them in position to make their hasty exit. "Everyone get to cover behind something, even if it is just around that doorway. With any luck, the rapid depressurization will help propel us away from the ship, but I'm not making any promises."
== Tag Away Team ==
== GM Input please: I made a presumption that there would possibly be a hatch of some kind, but not how big it is or how sturdy it might be. For that matter there could be a simple manual emergency lever that they could pull and not need to even use their phasers to try and blast their way out. Just trying to give us possible options. Hey, maybe they can already get a lock on us, but I'm leaving it wide open for the input of GM creativity. I figure GMs need to have some fun too, right? ==
