== from bridge post 182 == "... This part will be included, as your contribution, in the plan we will be presenting to the captain," stated Commander Ameen who sounded a bit peeved at Jolly's strong objection."
Dr Jolly hadn't answered Cdr Ameen question. He simply turned and walked to a science station, particularly the medical science station, and began to work. As Jolly tapped keys he began formulating a theory, at least an idea. He remembered some old electrical information he had read about things call fluorescent lighting, used centuries ago and how they captured electron leakage.
Main purposes of developing the Electron blocking Layers (EBL) for the blue fluorescent OLEDs are to effectively inject holes from the HTL to the emitting layer and to suppress electron leakage out of emitting layer. Therefore, the management of the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) is one of key attributes essential in the EBL materials.
Jon began to research this and found that ballasts in flourescent lights where part of this EBL, often made of a tar like substances or pottng materials. The more Jon read the more he was convinced that a layer of a mixture of tar and potting clay could act as a elctron blocking layer. That would help with the epsilon radiation. An engineer may be able to combine this with some very dense material like titaniam or even led this would give those working in the radiation enviroment some protection from the tetryon radiation and the epsilon ratiadion. It would be combersome suit of armer but it just might work? But they would only be able to work for short periods. That wasn't good enought! So Doctor Jolly began to re think the problem, to make an inoculation that would create this barrier inside the body.
As the converstion on the bridge continued Dr jolly was oblivious to the entry of Captain Feilds. Each step got him a little closer as he simulated the propose inoculation through the medical data base. Each time there was something prohibiting the inoculation from use, until...
"YOU LITTLE BEAUTY!!" He yelled, "By Jove, I think I've got it Commanader. It's brilliant, even if I do say so myself."
Realising he had spoken out of tern and crimson with embarisment that the Captain was now present, he said in a calm professional voice, "Tugstenised D-tartaric acid Kaolinate, Commander Ameen."

== Dear GM are you willing to say this concoction of jiberish based on loose facts... will work?
