In accordance with Section 4.1.2 of the Federation Space Constitution, updates (where necessary) will be posted here.

Constitution Changes (As Of 11/5/2022):

Major Changes

Removed all reference to President and Fleet Commander, as these positions are defunct.
Removed Fleet Expansion Policy, as this is no longer accurate.
Removed Minimum Rank for certain Command positions (ship classes), as this policy is no longer followed.
Added a clarification about discussion of Real Life Politics, Gender, Religion, Sexuality, etc on Official Communications Platforms (Item 1.3.1).

Please also remember that according to Section 4.1.2.1, Admin announcements in Red Alert that contradict the written Constitution supersede it until it has been modified. Also that by being a member of Federation Space, all players automatically agree to any changes made to the Constitution and, by extension, any future Constitutions issued by Site Administration (Section 4.1.3).
