HD05 - Science Cadet Rismaeriiffa Qab'ataar

== Thanks Cadet! it's good...just a lot...==

== GM Input ==

The holodeck lights shifted subtly as the last of the tricorder readings stabilized. The inhibitor field’s effect, the resonance shift, and the adaptive behavior of the compound all aligned into a coherent picture. The biome’s systems registered no threat indicators, no containment breaches, and no destabilizing trends. The computer flagged the anomaly as a newly introduced, benign symbiotic microorganism adapting to the fungal host environment.

The bioluminescent pulses settled into a steady, regular rhythm. The EM fluctuations diminished to a faint, harmless background signature. Environmental conditions returned to baseline as the organism completed its initial adjustment cycle.
As quickly as the examination ramped up, the simulation in front of the cadet faded, leaving only an empty holodeck.

== Well done, Cadet! Your answers were great and your investigation of the story was fun. I think it's time to move on to your last lesson! For this lesson, we will not be continuing the story. Instead, you will write a practice introductory post.

Your first post on board your assigned ship is a very important post. It will be the very first impression your new crew will have of your character so they can interact with you.

Your last assignment is to write a post as if it were your very first day reporting to your ship assignment. Choose a ship on our forums and report to the Commanding Officer on the bridge. Make sure to do your research about the ship you choose (who the Commanding Officer is and other details about the ship).  Include a description of your character in the post.

Use the techniques learned throughout the past lessons in your post.  There is no need to include an NRC in your post.

If you have any questions, ask. Have fun! ==
