There was a lot of wisdom in his words, they were things people knew but never really thought about. In every ones lives it didn't really matter how severe it is, or how many little things that bring a person down. In a leadership position people look to you for guidance and courage, meanwhile sometimes you are equally as clueless and scared out of your mind as them. In many situations it requires a lot of strength that your people depend on, its taxing and eventually even the strongest run out. There are also times when you require someone who really understands what you been through, even as a twin it doesn't always mean they understand. Evie is a medical Officer and Ava is a Science, both of them are going to go through setbacks that the other will never.

At some point he was going to require the same from her, usually the best kind is skin on skin. The same method that helps the bonding process with parents and a newborn, they can hear your heart beating as it gives them a sense of security. It is truly one of the most intimate experiences you can have, this really has a trinity effect. People since the dawn of time have been a physical people, medical research has concluded that physical contact helps improve both mental and physical health. This physical contact isn't just a one way street, it helps both people at the same time. It could take a minute or even a few hours, it isn't uncommon for people to do it so long one or both fall asleep.

Both of them were in a position that choices were going to have to be made, those are going to carry consequences that cost another their life. No matter how you justify the loss where one saved a hundred or more, that one life can weigh equally on you as the hundred or more. At some point that strength will fail, and the best way to recover is to go through the paces. Allow yourself to be vulnerable to another, if the person listens to understand they can draw from their own personal experiences to gain the proper perspective. Sometimes the best course of action for the person listening is just that, sometimes just listening to another is the best medicine of all. There are other times when no words of any kind are required, at these times they just need to be held reassuring them that everything is going to be alright.

Gath had a great memory to share, he was right there were people who believed the stereotypes. The Irish have one of their own, one that state one in ten doesn't drink and that one is a quitter. As Gath handed Evie the knife to examine, she held it with both hands. As Evie was examining the knife she balanced it on her finger before spinning it in palm of her hand, fingers well out of the path. From how she was handling the knife Gath could tell she was testing the balance, the distance that she had from him was also for safety.

"More often then not these are a few grams heavy in the back, this one isn't." She handed it back to him with both hands like it was received, this was a reflection of respect for the knife and person. "The craftmanship is amazing, you can tell a lot of care went into its construction." Evie had a big smile

"The Irish have their own stereotypes of being a bunch of fighting alcoholics that do nothing but drink fight and....." Evie thought about it. "Come to think of it both of us have the same stereotypes in our cultures, meanwhile there is a lot more to both." Evie had an amusing thought about their potential children. "Can you imagine our children your looks my hair and skin, a combination of our personality traits." A combination of both of them could be a handful, even if its just the one.
